WELCOME to the Research Library…..
There will be listings here from all over science and all over the world. Not ll of it will be research , some clinical trials some experiments and some good old medical/scientific observations. Since many of us didn’t get a chance to go through Medical School I will place a “plain English summary where available, as well s some links to the source material. Have fun, learn something and please if you want to have a discussion, there should be link to YT summaries as well as the original authors where possible,
2025 These are all the newest publications we could find:
2024 – That would be LAST years...
2023 – Surely this MUST stop somewhere..
ALL OTHERS – These are the papers that have great information, or perhaps no references, but just really good information.
But J whats all this FOR?
A wise man once told me that “To a carpenter EVERY problem looks like a nail that needs to be straightened out.” Likewise, if you’re looking for help with managing and living with OI, but you keep getting drawn back to your favourite SAWBONES, you know the who has the little black bag that says “Back and Decker” on the side. ‘That’s great, but you’re going to want to make friends with a cardiologist and a neurologist and just about anyone else whose job ends with “gist” But they may have never seen OI before and not really understand why you’re there. Print out one of these, that fits, take it t to the Dr along with a good general description of OI and Doctors who are smart will go out and look and learn on their own! Now you have someone you can nominate to “Doctors We Like” and maybe win a t-shirt.
