EXERCISE

OK, I think that we can ALL appreciate the fact that exercise is so vitally critical in OUR world and for the most part many of us don't

make use of the fun, free activities all around us. Mostly, I believe, out of fear. We go into a Balley (or something similar) and are

overwhelmed by the thin, spray tanned, young, fit figures laid out in front of you....or we join Iron Mikes MeatLocker and exercise

class an seeing rows and rows of items that USED to have a chrome like coating to cover the Iron and Steel rust spots and we think

"well THAT looks dangerous".

So every other month we will invite an expert in their field of fitness in, to give us some well guided ideas that we CAN do.

I'll take THAT bet...
